Migraines and Sinus Pressure
Sinus problems can cause pain, congestion, and pressure which often leads to migraines or severe headaches. This added treatment uses the healing agents of eucalyptus and steam of hot towels as well as techniques on your scalp for a full relaxation above the neck. Cold stone therapy also included.

This service is a mixture of reflexology and therapeutic massage targeting the everyday aches and pains of the feet. Essential oils and hot towels will aid in this treatment, and ending with heated booties.

Biofreeze and essential oils will be massaged into the back and shoulder muscles with a heavy hand technique as well as applying moist heat to help the healing. This treatment targets all the major muscle groups in the back area, and ends with a weighted heated pad.
